What is the E-Z pay program and how does it work?

The E-Z pay system is a program in which we put your credit card on file and automatically charge your card when you are due for service. The program consists of two options:

1. Annual Pre-Payment Option – With this option, Triangle Pest Control will put your credit card on file and charge your card annually for service. By pre-paying your service, you will save $30.00 off your normal annual price*
2. Automated Bill Option – With this option, Triangle Pest Control will put your credit card on file and charge your card at the beginning of each month that your service is due. With this option you will save $5.00 off your normal service price just for participating*

Why should I sign up for E-Z Pay?

There are many benefits to using the Triangle Pest Control EZ Pay system but here are a few that we think are important:

   • Never pay postage (no matter how often postage rates increase)
   • No Late Fees – Never pay late fees, your bill will always be paid on time

   • Automation – All of your billing is automated and accessible, saving you time in which you can be doing other things
   • Less clutter & things to keep up with – All of your billing and service history information is accessible online. No need to keep service tickets or billing statements.

Is E-Z Pay Secure?

With EZ pay, your credit card information is secure. Our company uses a third-party processing system in which your credit card information is kept secure and encrypted using the latest technology. We do not store any of your credit card information locally (thereby reducing risk to you). Triangle Pest Control simply notifies this processor that your card should be charged and the third party provider will complete the transaction.

What Service Programs apply to EZ-Pay?

All recurring service programs qualify for EZ-Pay. One-time pest treatments and annual re-inspection renewals do not qualify.
