Commercial Prevention

  1. The IPM Solution program is a commercial prevention service plan that is designed for highly sensitive accounts, such as schools and hospitals
  2. This program focuses on prevention of common pests like ants, spiders and roaches
  3. We utilize IPM techniques to minimize application of materials inside of structures
  4. Emphasis is placed on regular inspections, exclusion and sanitation practices
  5. Program includes an Initial Service in which we inspect the property for conducive conditions
    1. Once conditions are identified, we work to eliminate those conditions
  6. After the initial service is complete, we will setup a complete pest management program which includes, pest monitoring, pest inspections and treatment

Warranty

  1. Service is fully guaranteed. Should there be a problem in between services, just call us and we will return to take care of the issue, no additional cost to your normal service charge, no questions asked (This is why being on a service is great).

    1. Usually Quarterly (every 3 months) – Perform inspections, monitoring and management
