5. We utilize IPM techniques to minimize application of materials inside of structures
6. Emphasis is placed on regular inspections, exclusion and sanitation practices
7. Program includes an Initial Service in which we inspect the property for conducive conditions
   1. Once conditions are identified, we work to eliminate those conditions
8. After the initial service is complete, we will setup a complete pest management program which includes, pest monitoring, pest inspections and treatment
