Instead, colonies of termites find their way into the home by coming up through the ground and embedding themselves deep into the structural walls.

We are one of only a few companies that still do a “full drill out” when we treat a home. The reason that this is important is that termites can tunnel through the block of a foundation undetected from both the inside and outside. By doing this, we ensure full termite protection.

We drill all slabs and dirt filled porches that allow direct access to the vulnerable wood of your home. Afterward, we fill these holes with concrete to conceal the drill marks.

Step 3: we establish an interior barrier

After establishing barriers around the outside of the home, we trench the interior of your crawl space and treat to the footer to establish an interior barrier.

After establishing barriers around the outside of the home, we drill and treat the interior walls. These full drill outs are not required but we do them as a precaution to ensure maximum protection of your home.

We will drill all of the voids in your foundation block and treat those areas. By doing this we ensure that there are no areas in which termites can penetrate the home.

After treating, the outside drill holes are sealed with concrete for full protection and a finished look.
