Stormey was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful and familiar with our property. She got rid of a major ant problem for us and came back to get rid of some other pest for us. She was on time, answered all our questions, seemed to enjoy her job, and was all around a great service provider! Would 100 recommend her services.

I was so impressed by Stormey's first service call, I requested her for our second. She and Tim provided excellent service, with a comprehensive problem check (we suspected field mice in our attic), and options for treatment. They both were very patient with my questions, and totally professional. I'm glad to have them as a resource.

I contacted Triangle Pest Control due to problems with mice getting into the crawlspace. I also needed insect prevention services. Dylan answered the phone and was very helpful. Jose came today and after two different pest control services that we have used, Jose was by far the most thorough of them all! He walked around the house and yard and also checked the crawlspace. He made sure he removed all the spiderwebs from the outside of the house. He was joined by Cody who is the rodent specialist and they did a thorough inspection of the crawlspace. Jose then put down traps and poison in the crawlspace and Cody explained what he recommended to keep the mice out of the crawlspace. Triangle may not be the cheapest service around but I believe I was better served by both Jose and Cody than with the previous services we have used. BTW both men were friendly, polite, and professional and explained everything very well. This was an initial service so the price was a little higher than it will be going forward but was in the ballpark with other initial service fees I have paid.

He has been responsive, communicative, and professional for several years as our point person with TPC and also has responded quickly when we’ve had non-routine requirements.
